You can return your received products within the legal withdrawal period of two weeks. We pay back your already executed payments for the products inclusive the shipment costs for the order from us to you. The costs for the return delivery from you to us are not taken over. Hence, if you return products you only pay for the return delivery.


Return process

Please follow the following process for an effective and efficient execution of your returns.

Step 1: Check if the legal withdrawal period is valid

Please check if the legal withdrawal period is valid for your order. For example, if you receive your products on Monday, then the fourteen days period starts next day on Tuesday. The legal withdrawal period then lasts until Monday 23:59 in two weeks (fourteen calendar days).

The returned products can be unpacked and tried out, but not used. Like in a physical clothes shop. If returned products are used and the value is thereby reduced, you can be committed to a replacement payment. This replacement payment can amount maximum to the price paid from you for the product and would be count again your payment for the order.

Step 2: Get in contact with us via E-Mail or our contact form

If you want to return your products within the legal withdrawal period, please contact us via retoure@leiwandwear.eu or via our contact form at the web shop with following content:

As soon as we receive your withdrawal mail, we will contact you immediately.

Step 3: Print out the return shipment document and send back your products

Please package the products suitable for transport. Please fill out the return shipment document and enclose it to the return shipment. Hereby, we can clearly assign your return shipment. In the chapter below, you can download the return shipment document.

The company LKV Logistik GmbH is organizing our logistics.

Please send returns from Germany only with DHL/Deutsche Post, as our logistic partner can only accept shipments of DHL/Deutsche Post at his German address. Hereby, we can offer you low priced shipment costs for orders to Germany.

If you send your return from Austria or other countries from the European Union, you can choose every logistics service provider (e.g. UPS, DPD, DHL…).

The return shipping costs are not taken over by us. We do not submit return labels from logistics service providers, as the costs of these return labels are mostly more expensive than a normally paid shipment from you to us. We would then need to further charge the costs of the return label to you.

Please do not send freight collect parcels, as we do not accept them and they will be sent back to you at your costs.

Step 4: Receive your money

After we received and checked your return shipment, we will pay back the related amount inclusive shipment costs of the order within 14 days. You receive the money via your chosen payment method. Hence, if you return products you only pay for the return delivery.
